We are a group of people dedicated to providing pathways to affordable, sustainable and safe alternative energy solutions.

IndraNet is a public New Zealand Company. It was founded in 1998 and has grown from 7 founding shareholders to over 3,100 shareholders in 2011. IndraNet is not listed on any stock exchange.

Its chief market objective is to competitively and rapidly substitute electricity and other energy streams generated grossly inefficiently from mainly fossil fueled sources with electricity and other energy streams generated highly efficiently from renewable ones and at significantly lower costs.

IndraNet is seeking funding to commercialise its technologies through joint venture developments and private placements to habitual, qualifying and/or sophisticated investors.

Russell Fitts, J.P Chairman	Russell graduated from Lincoln University with a degree in Farm Management and Property Valuation and has been a farmer and land valuer and also has been a local representative of Federated Farmers (New Zealands farmers union). He is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Russell became a foundation shareholder of IndraNet Technologies Limited and has been Chairman of the Company since its inception and is in a management position within the Company. Russell is also a director of ITMDI-Energy Ltd, IT-Sun Ltd and IT-Mainland Ltd.
Michael (Mick) Kain Director	Mick is a foundation shareholder of IndraNet Technologies Ltd and has been a director and held a management position since inception. Mick is also a director of ITMDI-Energy Ltd, IT-Sun Ltd and IT-Mainland Ltd.
Dan Hilgendorf non-executive Director	Dan is both a founding shareholder and a non-executive director of IndraNet from inception. Dan has been a farmer throughout his business career.
Peter Macaulay non-executive Director	Peter is both a founding shareholder of IndraNet and a non-executive director. Peter has been a farmer throughout his business career.
